As many of you know, the invention (many many MANY years ago) of the baby carrier/baby sling was a lifesaver for moms, dads and caregivers alike.  Not only are carriers convenient for us and babies because of all we do on a daily basis, but the positive emotional and psychological effects baby slings have for us and our little ones are, to sum it up in one word, profound!

I seriously don’t know what my son and I would have done without a carrier these past few years.  Who wants to push around their infant in a stroller or carry a car seat everywhere they go?  My life was so much easier with our baby carriers.  I was able to continue doing so many of my daily duties with my child safely and cozy next to my chest or on my hip.  All the while my hands free.  Park never cried because he was right there with me.  It just makes sense.  I can’t imagine what I would have done without one.

Here’s another questions for you, what baby would rather be pushed around in a stroller or carried in a car seat instead of laying in a comfortable carrier next to their mother?!!!  I would say probably next to none.
