Return Policy
At Mod Mum we know that our slings will be as impressive in person as they appear on our website. If you are not satisfied with your sling we are more than happy to exchange it for another one, or refund your money within 30 days of purchase date.
- All returned and exchanged slings must be in brand new, resalable condition.
- A $5.00 restocking fee will apply to all orders returned for a refund.
- Shipping charges are non refundable.

Privacy Policy
We will not share your name or personal information with anyone. We do occasionally send emails or notes announcing news or promotions going on at Mod Mum. If you would prefer not to receive such correspondence, please send an email to info@modmum.com asking to be removed from our list. We will promptly remove your name.

Security is of the utmost importance to us at Mod Mum. All purchases online are done using the highest SSL encryption ensuring that your transaction is safe from prying eyes. Look for the lock on your browser so you know it's secure. You can feel safe purchasing online with Mod Mum.
Shipping Schedule
All orders received prior to 5:00pm MST will be shipped next business day.
US Orders:
All US orders will be sent via USPS First Class mail unless expedited shipping is selected. Single sling orders sent via USPS First Class mail will be charged a flat fee of $6.95, with a fee of $3.00 for each additional sling.
We also offer an expedited shipping option for our customers.
International Orders:
For all single sling orders sent via USPS a flat fee will be charged at $10.00 for Canada, Mexico and South America orders and a $14.95 flat fee for all other countries. Additional slings will increase the shipping cost for international orders. International packages do not have tracking available. Average shipping time depends on the country. Canada orders take approximately 1 and 1/2 to 2 weeks due to customs. Customers are responsible for any and all customs charges issued by their country.
